In 2010, Dr. Gong Chuanbo, the founder, established a research and development team in Shanghai and set up a core technology research and development system. In 2013, with joint investment from research institutes, Nanjing Dinai Laser was officially established and settled in the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, building a specialized research and development production base. In the same year, it successfully entered the 3C industry supply chain, providing UV laser cutting equipment for AAC Technologies, achieving tens of millions in revenue, and successfully completing the initial market validation and industrial implementation.

In 2016, the company ventured into the automotive intelligent manufacturing sector, independently developing laser plastic welding equipment, breaking the foreign technological monopoly.
In 2017, it obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and was recognized as a provincial high-tech enterprise.
In 2018, it completed the A round of financing from Zhongke Hongta, simultaneously established a nationwide regional service network, iteratively improved its product matrix, and deployed high-end equipment such as multi-axis cutting and integrated cutting and welding, solidifying its diversified market service capabilities.

In 2020, we made a forward-looking layout in the field of flow energy storage, and launched the world's first fully automated production line for laser-welded fuel cells, effectively reducing customers' production costs.
In 2021, we pioneered the laser stacking welding technology, strengthening our technological barriers.
In 2022, our energy storage production line achieved large-scale commercial application, serving leading energy storage enterprises in the industry.
In 2023, it was awarded the status of a national high-tech enterprise, accumulating 42 independent intellectual property rights and completing dual management system certification.

In 2024, the energy storage business will become a core strategic segment, covering all mainstream domestic energy storage manufacturing enterprises.
In 2025, we will obtain multiple scientific and technological innovation qualifications and tax A-level credit certification.
In 2026, we will complete the A+ round of financing led exclusively by Anhui Guokong, establish a Suzhou branch to deeply penetrate the Yangtze River Delta market, plan to build an Anhui production base, expand and upgrade high-end production capacity, and plan to achieve a production scale of 3,000 laser equipment units per year.
